How long has AHI Travel been in business?

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel Insurance is more important than ever and we highly recommend it. We  urge you to purchase optional travel insurance that covers a variety of important, travel-related contingencies including:

  • Trip Cancellation
  • Trip Interruption or Trip Delay
  • Accident and Sickness Medical Expense
  • Accidental Death or Dismemberment
  • Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation
  • Baggage and Personal Effects
  • Baggage Delay
  • Optional expanded cancellation coverage (Cancelflex)

What does an AHI Travel Director do?

Throughout your trip, you’ll be accompanied by a seasoned AHI Travel Director, an expert who is familiar with the language and customs of the region. Your Travel Director takes care of every detail of your journey, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Go to the Our Experts tab located at the top of this page to meet the team.

How do I find your Terms and Conditions?

The Terms and Conditions, as well as all the program details, are located on each specific program page. 
1. Navigate to the Program Page | Go to the Destinations tab located at the top of the page.
2. Choose Your Preferred Destination(s) | Select the destination(s) you are interested in from the list.
3. Select the Program | Click on the View Trip button for the program you want to learn more about.
4. Access the Terms and Conditions | Once the program page loads, you can find the Terms and Conditions in two ways:

  • Top Left-Hand Corner: You will see a link to the Terms and Conditions at the top left of the program page.
  • Scroll Down: Alternatively, scroll down to the Trip Information section at the bottom of the page, and click on the Terms and Conditions link there.

What if my passport needs to be renewed?

It is AHI Travel’s policy that passports must be valid for six months after your program’s return date. If you need to apply for a passport or renew your passport, please do so immediately because your passport information is required to make your travel and accommodations arrangements.

What is AHI’s transfer policy?

All AHI FlexAir passengers can take advantage of included arrival and departure transfers. Your Passenger Service Representative will assist you in selecting flights that coincide with AHI’s transfer schedule. Transfers are guaranteed for AHI FlexAir passengers traveling on these qualifying flights.

If you do not purchase AHI FlexAir, you are responsible for your arrival and departure transfers. However, you may join the AHI FlexAir arrival and departure transfers if your flights arrive and depart within the AHI FlexAir arrival and departure transfer windows, respectively. These transfers must be arranged and paid for in advance of your departure.
